Not in America!

There is no way to reconcile the vaxxed vs unvaxxed data in the USA versus the rest of the world

If you look at the New York Times data comparing the vaccinated to the unvaccinated you will see graph after graph that shows a HUGE advantage to being vaccinated.

Here is just one example from Seattle, Washington[chosen because it is a) representative of the others and b) has the most recent (i.e., Omicron) data].

Pretty definitive, right?

I mean, obviously, while vaccines are not completely stopping cases and serious illness, the vaccines are reducing cases by about 70% and reducing hospitalizations by about 90%.

According to this data, you would have to be a bloody idiot to not get vaccinated!

Not so fast.

The data from dozens of other countries ALL say the exact opposite might be true!

Scotland

This data came out on January 12th- and includes information up to January 7th - so it is extremely up to date.

Short version: This Scottish data shows that mRNA vaccines are worthless.

First, the case rates (per 100k)

Comparing only the most recent week (Jan 1 - Jan 7), which is almost exclusively Omicron cases, you can plainly see that the rate for the ‘fully vaccinated’ cohort is ~2.5x higher than ‘unvaccinated’. ‘Boosted’ is better, but is still ~1.5x worse than unvaccinated.

People who have had the mRNA shots are much more likely to catch COVID.

Well, more likely to catch it in Scotland, but not in America???

Hospitalization is slightly better news for the jabbed:

‘Fully vaccinated’ people are 2.2x more likely to be admitted to the hospital than the unvaccinated!

Yes, boosters show a dramatically lower hospitalization rate…. for now. It has already been shown that protection from the boosters fades below zero in as little as 2 months.

England

Case rates (as compiled by Don Wolt from that same report) show essentially the same results (and have been getting worse over time, even before Omicron).

Rates of infection are ~1.5-2.5x greater among the vaccinated.

Protection from hospitalization was declining before, but is collapsing under Omicron:

But not bad news in America???

Germany

Germans with the mRNA shots are far more likely to get Omicron than the unvaccinated.

But not Americans!

The same story of negative vaccine efficacy against Omicron is found over and over and over again worldwide.

Ontario, Canada - vaxxed are at least 40% more vulnerable.

Denmark - 8x more likely to be infected if vaccinated.

Also in Israel, France, Ireland… on and on…

But not in America.

The CDC says unvaccinated Americans are about 3x as likely to get infected and 10x as likely to end up in the hospital as compared to the vaccinated.

Everywhere else that I can find data - at least a dozen countries - says the exact opposite.

This is not a result of timing differences (who got Omicron first). 99% of US cases have been Omicron since the start of 2022.

My theory is that this is a direct result of the way the CDC defines ‘vaccinated’ and ‘unvaccinated’ in order to put their thumb on the scale and control the narrative (although this may have just changed!).

Either that or they are flat out falsifying their data.

Of course, purposefully miscategorizing vaxxed vs unvaxxed is lying, too.

Apparently, lying is something we can do in America.
